: STUDY AND VERIFICATION OF PROPERTIES PICK – UP GENERATORS FOR WIND POWER
Glogar, Jaroslav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This master thesis deals with study of properties pick-up generators for wind power. First part of thesis studies wind turbines, its structure, generators and describes advantages and disadvantages of ashore and offshore location. The next part presents description of parts of sliding contact. The main part assesses the impact of sea environment on sliding contact in generators at offshore wind turbines.
The issue of revision of the electric sliding contact machines
Kozumplík, Miroslav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This work is dealing with issue about revisions of electrical equipment with focused on sliding contact. The first time I will deal enumaration and simple desription the mainly machines which uses sliding contact. The next time i will deal legislation two of standard for revision and then I will write about basic procedures for work with microscope. The next time I will bring photographic documentation of samples of brushes and at the last the strengh test of brushes with results.
Problems revisions electric machine with a slip device, including an additional device
Ščepka, Ondrej ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis describes an issues of an revisions on electric engine equipped with brush. Electric engines with brushing are described in the first part. In the second one is focused on the introduction with necessary standards for performing of revisions of the electric equipment and on the clarification of terms used during the revisions of the electric equipment. The work continues with more detailed description of brushing contact in the electric engine and with the description of its parts. In the next part I have become more familiar with the electric engine that will be inspected. The final part of thesis contains sequence of measurements. I registered and handled recorded measured values mandatory for the issuing of revision report.
Influence of dust particles on sliding contact
Píšala, Jan ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
Master's thesis "effect of dust particles on sliding electrical contact" summarizes the sliding contact theory and praxe in rotating electrical machines. The principle of brush machines is described and the working environments are defined. The individual components of the sliding contact and reasons of their degradation are described in detail. Emphasis is placed on the influence of foreign particles, which can be assessed in practice by the method of dust particles. Furthermore, these theoretical knowledge was used in the practical assessment of the technical condition of various machines, as well as the called method. One set of brushes for the traction motor of the locomotive T47.0 was also experimentally innovated.
Analysis of the current sliding contact, qualitative and functional characteristics "kroužkostrojů"
Kosmák, Václav ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
Thesis deals with the analysis of the sliding contact in the ring mill. It focuses on the assessment of the effect of the current load on the sliding contact, the assessment of the signal transmission quality from the static to the rotara part of the ring contact slide contact.
The design of DC motors for traction of a motorboat
Hudák, Ondřej ; Lapčík, Josef (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of design of Permanent Magnet DC Motor. The theoretical part explains the problems of sliding contact and solves the innovation in this area with specialization on the sliding contact of DC motor. The other part contains practical verification of theoretical assumptions on the selected machine of normal production.
Sliding contact in electrical machine
Bernard, Ivo ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The work deals with the sliding contact of electrical machines. The work is focused on individual components of sliding contact and the evaluation qualitative criterions of certain components of sliding contact. In the final section is presented a comparative method that has been designed for large machines. In this work we used this method on a small machine.
Analysis and Innovation of DC Motors
Štaffa, Jiří ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This work deals with direct-current electric motor, type P2XR49, by firm ATAS elektromotory Nachod a.s. At first there is an introduction with the principal of running, starting, controlling of revolutions and commutating of direct-current machine. The implementation of direct-current machines contains a construction and a list of machine parts, a type of winding and types of small motors that had been used. It is ordered according to a type of excitation. The work includes detailed procedure of admeasurements of speed-torque characteristic mostly used in practice. There is a large number of machine characteristics. The speed-torque characteristic was measured in constant voltage rating into current rating in the direction of rotation CCW upwardly and CW on strength of current rating. Machine innovation, decrease in volt drop on the commutator, was chosen because commutator is the most problematic part of the machine. If the contact pressure is increased the transition resistance will be lesser and consequently the volt drop on the commutator will be lesser.
Automotive Electric Motors Analysis and Innovation
Špaček, Ladislav ; Grmela, Petr (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Direct current motors and stepping motors are very often used for electric drives in cars. The most frequent representatives of direct current motors are electric starter and wind- screen wiper motor. Stepping motors are very often used for electric regulating of outsides driving mirrors and seats. This study is focused on innovation and DC permanent magnet motor. The disadvanage of direct current motors is so called „sliding contact“. A possible compensation of direct current motor are EC (electronically commutator) motors that do not need sliding contact for their work.
